The Truth About Quickness Review

Nothing makes you a better athlete than speed. Doesn’t matter what sport or physical activity you are in to (okay, golf nuts, slow down there :-) .

Speed is a bit like IQ in most people’s eyes.

Myth: You cannot teach (or learn) speed.
False: Maybe ‘you’ can’t, but this guy can, and does.

Now, me, I’m a pretty healthy skeptic, I’ve been training martial arts and doing sports most of my life (uh, a few years or several lifetimes in doggie years, hehheh)

I was incredibly quick when I was younger. Really. Not bragging here, just stating a fact. Not fast over long hauls, but in short bursts, very, very quick – hand speed, and running.

But as I got a little older, I wasn’t so fast and started to look for ways to get that quickness back. I’m not a subscriber to the belief that age and slowing down go hand in hand, not as a natural order of things sort of deal at least. Just that life changes, so our bodies change, too.

So, of course I was open to finding some exercises that worked to improve overall speed and quickness.

I found a lot of crap. Sorry. But true.

I found a lot of stuff that was just silly, or worse, dangerous.

Then I found this kid (in my eyes anyway) who was touting “oh, I can make anybody faster” “secret training blah, blah, blah…” but decided to dig a little deeper before I just wrote him, Alex Maroko, and his partner, long time professional trainer, Kelly Bagget, off as 2 more snake oil salesmen.

It looks like a lot at first, a bit overwhelming actually, so I worried it was just the old ‘thud factor’ (hit ‘em with so much they ‘think’ they got a lot so they don’t complain kind of thing) but after checking more closely, there’s a very, very good system here, that actually works.

And, it’s not a system that requires a great deal of time commitment to do, or to get results. You will see results, others will see them in you, too, in a few weeks.

A nice surprise for me, but a terrible surprise for the guys I sport it up with.

Anyway, if you’re looking to gain real speed, improve your quickness, and get the boost in your ability and confidence that gives you, you owe it to yourself to check this out now.

Quick – Make me faster…
