Bodyweight Exercise Revolution Review

If you’re like me, you want to be fit, you know you need to be fit, maybe you’re even a member of a gym, but seldom (never?) go?

I used to be seriously into weight training, using HIIT and going to the gym 6 days a week. It worked, but it also took its toll.

I often suffered from small, nagging injuries (sometimes not so small, sometimes a lot more than nagging) and when I was away for work, or play even, I couldn’t get the same workout.

The key to a good workout program is that you need to be able to keep at it, be consistant. But not every gym is the same, schedules change, equipment is different… at the least.

One of the safest and best ways to get in shape and stay that way is through body weight workouts.

This is the system I use now, have been using for a while now, and people still ask me if I lift weights.

My answer is ‘only me’, hehheh.

The advantages to bodyweight workouts are many, but the main things are that you cut down on injuries — keeping you on track and on schedule — and you can do them just about anywhere.

No need to pay for a gym, no need to pay for expensive equipment that becomes a clothes rack, either.

And it does not take more time, more reps, or more complicated workouts to get results, and get them fast.

The biggest benefit for me has been that now when I do sports or other activities with my kids, I’m not sore the next day. Body weight exercises help you to improve your fitness in a much more well-rounded way, rather than in one-direction as weight lifting often does.

The bodyweight exercise revolution has all you need to get in shape, hit your fitness goals, enjoy sports and athletic activities more and even be better at them.
